What is breast augmentation?

Breast augmentation increases or restores breast volume using implants — or, in selected cases, your own fat. It can add fullness, restore volume after pregnancy or weight loss, and correct asymmetry.

Are you a good candidate?

Healthy adults with fully developed breasts and realistic expectations are candidates. Whether you want subtle or noticeable change, the key decisions — size, profile, placement above or below the muscle, incision location — are made together with the surgeon, based on your anatomy.

If you plan pregnancy soon, or have untreated breast conditions, the surgeon may advise waiting. Honesty first.

The process, step by step

Your free video consultation covers goals, sizing and implant choice — we use premium, CE-marked implants with full documentation. In Agadir, an in-person assessment confirms the plan.

Surgery takes one to two hours under general anaesthesia, usually with one night in the clinic. You wear a support bra continuously at first, and your surgeon checks healing before you fly home.

Recovery

Tightness and soreness are normal for the first week. Most patients return to desk work within 7–10 days, avoid heavy lifting for four to six weeks, and see implants settle into their final position over two to three months.

Scars — hidden in the under-breast fold in most cases — fade over the following year.

Risks — honestly

Risks include capsular contracture, implant rupture or displacement, changes in nipple sensation, infection and the need for future replacement — implants are not lifetime devices. Your surgeon will explain your personal risk profile and the follow-up rhythm that keeps you safe long-term.
